I used a Foxtrot gift card on foxtrotco.com, and it went smoothly overall. The code worked at checkout without any real hassle, and the balance showed up right away.
The only thing was I had to look around for a second to figure out where to enter it, but once I found the spot, it was all good. Nice and simple, I’d use one again.

"Pretty easy stop after work"
I stopped in after work it was a smooth visit. The guy at the counter was friendly without being over the top or pushy, and I’m fairly sure I found what I needed faster than I expected because he pointed me in the right direction.
Checkout was quick, the store seemed clean, and the prices were about what I figured they’d be. Nothing too dramatic, just an easy stop, and I’d probably go back again for sure.

"Pretty good selection, honestly"
I wasn’t really expecting much, but they actually had way more stuff than I thought. I found what I needed quickly, although I still somehow spent extra time browsing things I didn’t even come for. The site was easy to use for the most part, though I guess it also made it a little too easy to get distracted. Overall, good selection and I’d probably come back, even if I’m telling myself I don’t need anything else.

The sandwich was actually fresh and good, but the juice tasted old, like it had been sitting around too long. Also, I’m not a fan of how the terms seem to keep changing lately, it makes the whole experience feel a bit frustrating.

I’ve been happy with how fast the points add up, especially after regular purchases because it actually feels like I’m getting something back. I just wish the rewards pages were a little easier to follow, since I sometimes have to click around to figure out what I can redeem and how it works.

"Delivery took way longer than expected"
I ordered from foxtrotco the wait was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, so I was just sitting there wondering where it even was the whole time. When it finally showed up, the item itself was fine, so that wasn’t the issue. It was more the whole waiting around and not knowing thing that got annoying.

I like shopping on foxtrotco.com because they carry a lot of local brands I don’t usually see on other sites. The ordering process was simple, so it didn’t take long to get everything placed. Delivery went fine too. One item ended up being out of stock after I checked out, which was a little annoying, but they responded quickly and took care of it. Overall, it was a good experience

I wasn’t expecting much because sometimes support takes forever, but they actually answered fast, which was a nice surprise. I had a question, sent it in, and then kind of assumed I’d be waiting around for a while, but nope, they got back to me quickly and that made the whole thing way less annoying.

I get emails from foxtrotco.com, most of them are relevant to stuff I’ve looked at or bought before, which is more than I can say for a lot of promo emails. Not every deal is something I care about, of course — I mean, they can’t all be winners — but it doesn’t feel like random spam either. They do send a few too many sometimes, but overall it’s helpful enough, and if I’m not interested, it’s easy to just ignore.

I’ve been ordering from Foxtrot a bit lately, and one thing I actually notice is they don’t go crazy with packaging. My last order showed up nice and neat, not packed with a ton of random plastic, which I really appreciated tbh.
I also liked seeing more recyclable materials and brands that feel like they’re trying to be a little more responsible. Nothing’s perfect of course, but it does feel like they care and are making an effort, and that matters to me

I had a smooth time using foxtrotco. The site was easy to navigate, and I was able to find what I needed without digging around too much. The app is straightforward too, which I appreciated, though it did feel a little slow at times and occasionally a bit glitchy when moving between sections. Checkout was simple and didn’t feel frustrating. Overall, I’d say it’s a good experience, just with some room for polish on the app side...

I ordered from foxtrotco.com it was okay overall. Personally, I’m picky about pricing, so while I didn’t think anything was outrageously expensive, I also didn’t feel like I was getting some amazing deal. A few items seemed worth the price, but others felt a little high for what they were. I’d probably order again if they were running a sale or special offer, but I don’t think it would be my go-to for every purchase.

Had an issue with my order and ended up asking for a refund. It took a couple days for support to get back to me which was kinda annoying, but they did fix it in the end. Not a perfect experience, but at least they actually resolved it...
